transfering files from my computer into my midwheb folder

 I have tried many times to transfer my files into my folder on midwheb and it does not work unless I copy the content of file and then paste it there. I have no idea how to transfer pdf. files. Can you comment asap, please.

Hi I am concerned that I can't seem to find my power point of my plan for this module May 2010. I downloaded it when it was due June 6, 2010. Now I go to check on it it is missing. Last modules work is still up but not my recent 2010. What has happened?
